So over July 4th Faye & I took a little 2 night, 3 day backpacking to Nick Eaton Ridge via Herman Creek Campground near Cascade Locks, Columbia River Gorge (Oregon is a beautiful place to be :) Check out our sweet pics by clicking the picture. Also, click HERE for a video!
And then on our way home, we stopped by this po-dunk ice cream shop w/ a giant penquin & ice cream cone sign and got the biggest, best soft serve ever! Then we finished the evening listening to the sweet melody of Alison Krauss at Edgefield.

We have received and read your letter and would very much like to support your vision in Uganda over this next 12 months. We've signed up to do online and will look forward to keeping up with you through this blog.
You two are so cute and we are excited for you and this upcoming experience. Your marriage will truely be challenged and blessed during the course of this next year. You will have lots of good stories to share with your family, friends, and children some day. Maybe you can come and share a story or two at a future "marriage in God's image" class, we would love that.
